On a slightly unrelated note, I think its massively stupid that they are
shipping a "Linux" laptop that doesn't even support all the hardware.
Why don't they just give you the piece of hardware without anything
loaded?
Usually because they have these stupid bundling deals with Micros~1 that
requires them to pay a license fee even for machines with no OS on them -
by putting a non-MS OS on it, they get around this clause.
