There is nothing really hard in trying few configurations.Pls go and ahead have
some fun.Go for Cisco AP's they are really user friendly,my opinion.

Even in Mesh the ultimate termination will be your WAN so there is no
performance improvement if you are switching for mesh.Mesh are mainly deployed
for reliability of links.Here we have only big auditorium so APs will serve the
purpose i guess.
