Perhaps extend the talk to show how File Systems have evolved over time?
Not a problem, that's easily done.
However, I'm unable to install Nextenta Alpah 5 on my VMPlayer
instance. This rules out the hands-on demo of ZFS. :-(
The furthest I was able to proceed was the first boot after
installation where the OpenSolaris threw a kernel panic. If
someone has Nexenta successfully running in a VM, can you
please help me?
Nexenta is a OpenSolaris distro that uses the OpenSolaris kernel
and Ubuntu Dapper userland. See
