In my system i have 2 partitions one with windows and another with

the mails of linux. Thx and regards elan
There are actually two sub problems:
#1 Choose a mail client that has both Windows and Linux ports
The best bets would be browsers like Netscape or Mozilla. These
are available under both OSes.
I myself use GNU Emacs and Gnus to read my mail under both OSes.
#2 Find a way to share your mail folders between the two OSes.
You create a FAT32 partition on your hard drive. This is a (only?)
type of partition that both linux and Windows can read & write.
I have a 2 gig FAT32 partition that I use to store my mail folders
and other stuff that I just got to have under both environments.
Works quite nicely.
All's well that ends.
