Hi,
the manual for mysql on the site is really good. I
used the html version for my project. its quite
comprehensive. its been a while tho since I used MySQL

Why do you are looking for a training institute to
learn an FOSS subject
? Get books, sit with the computer, learn - if
doubts come or you get
struck some where ask the community. In additional
there are fantastic
tutorials and pretty helpful & active forums there
for PHP and MYSQL. If
you have real interest you can learn Basic PHP and
MySQL within a week,
no big deal.

(Sorry, those running training institutes are
surely gonna flame me down
;) )
