         I remember Kenneth talking about creating scripts that would
detect top posts and then stop them even before they are delivered.
But I am not sure if he was suggesting it as an option or if he has
already started writing one. Thanks 

I wrote one in perl several years back - I'll try to get the python one
up if I have a few minutes of time.
