[Ilugc] [OT] TN Sales tax dept e-filing requires MS!

We use openoffice and I am sure we can "save as" an excel file, but what do
novice computer users do/think when they see this user guide?! I think it's
novice computer users use windows. linux is *still* meant to be for geeks.
