Came across this board from my hardware vendor's promo email.
Although it is targeted for the HTPC market, according to the manual,
it supports virtualization!

Flipkart puts the price tag @ Rs. 3,500/-
If anyone has this board, please share your experience with it
vis-a-vis Linux support. You may have to work with the latest version
of the distros to test it.
