[Ilugc] Is there any text formatting system for kaniyam?

Friends.

Hope you are reading the kaniyam pdf files.

We use LibreOffice Writer to generate this pdf files.

Is there any other text formatting system that supports tamil
to generate such pdf files?

I like asciidoc but it is not supporting unicode.
Latex seems a overkill.

Is there any other system?
