I think you are wrong in saying that no college opt for FOSS as Jaya
College has been taking up that elective last few years and now
Rajalakshmi Engg. College has 130 students who have taken up this
elective.

      Yes, we have the  Thiagarajar College of Engg.as well. And FOSS
is a part of curriculum at TCE.
