1. Maintenance of asset details (configurations, locations, numbers to call
for service, escalation matrix etc.)Looks like sugarcrm can do the above job. any comments?
2. Service History (parts replaced, defects rectified etc.)
3. Status (Working; Not working - service call booked, escalated, service
visit completed but problem not rectified, awaiting replacement of failed
parts etc.) Online ping is not very important as most machines would not be
constantly connected.
4. Must be web-enabled
