Hi all,
See http://www.stuff.co.nz/stuff/0,2106,2924170a6022,00.html
"Dick Smith Electronics is the first retailer to join a Linux certification
scheme launched by New Zealand's Open Source Society."
Basically the NZ OSS society tests the hardware for linux compatibility
and if it works, the vendor gets to put a "Linux Friendly" logo on the
product.
Does this kind of scheme have a chance to take off in India? Any thoughts?
Personally I think this is a nice way to make money and promote linux at
the same time :-)

Q: Do you ever think about quantum computing?
Linus: I think that's a load of bull.
(From a Linux Lunacy cruise interview. After the presumptuous disparagement
of QC, Linus goes on to confuse it with DNA computing.)
