I guess the python script is going to attempt to connect to a know public
site which is pagekite, then I guess there is a reverse connection which is
going to get established. People are going to come into the system using
the reverse ssh.
$ ssh -R 1000:localhost:22 user at somepublicserver.com
From remote we need to ssh to somepublicserver.com on port 10000 to end upon our local host.

You will notice high latencies but it should be manageable, I would
think. I haven't been able to try it yet, so please do share your
experiences.
