[Ilugc] Is some one using Tikona

Hi LUGC users,

Is some one using Tikona for ISP ?  Recently they have changed the way they
give me IP.  Instead of giving me a public IP now they have started giving
me private IP in 10.0.0.0/8 space.

One way it is safe that my IP does not get exposed to scanning.  However I
cannot access my SSH server on my system any more :-(
