I learnt it the hard way, and so I learnt the lesson well. Now, I

kick them off the list. Chennai LUG is a public forum it's
available to everyone who wants to learn Linux and GNU stuff we
can expect very dumb new comer here so it's our duty to make
them feel comfortable in here. After all there is nothing wrong
in being kind to others.
Hmm., I dont think that people get `flame`d the first time when
they do something like this. They are usually corrected., the
flaming starts only when someone gets totally irritated about it
because of repeated violation, and some rare cases when he/she had
a bad day. ;)
I think the mailing list introductory mail tells about posting
rules. (if not it should be put there). I've seen people
conveniently ignore that entire mail, and walk in all-proudly and
do mistakes irritating other people here.
