I have translated the word ????????????? as
'patent', I am not too sure what it means, but it doesnt  mean 'license'.

in english its a different word. but in tamil, same word which has got
different meaning in different context. if u know any equivalent tamil
word for patent and license, please do let me know

i am not murdering it. i am aiming at making GNU GPL more clear for
the people who cannot understand english (sometimes i am also). if u r
interested in saving GPL, please do help me in translation because i
am aiming for it. and thanks for your comment and i am now seriously
looking at the sections you had told.

Note: people who cannot understand english i meant people like my
father who studied in tamil medium and now struggling to use windows /
linux because its all mostly in english.
