one day yahoo server is down.. How to find out..try another website..
Its not a correct method.
any other method will be there.. please help me..
You can try traceroute/tracepath command which will tell you the path
in which your
requests traverse(different routers and computers). The first computer the
request will be your local router. From there it will be passed on to different
computers. This way you will be able to find where exactly your request is
getting dropped.
if the command is missing in your distribution you might have to installing
it with your package manager like yum or apt-get. In this case if you
can tell your
distribution. I can guide you appropriately.
