I don't see a problem. You searched for imagemagick and it shows that it
is available in the repository. Your version of Fedora is EOL'ed and
won't get security updates though and you should look at upgrading to a
current maintained version, either Fedora 9 or 10. Yum in recent
versions is a little more smarter.
# sudo yum -C install imagemagick
