No,It implies that they are available in package repository and can be
installed.
To find out whether a package is installed or not try
"rpm -qil <packagename>"
example:"rpm -qil ImageMagick"
<http://www.ae.iitm.ac.in/mailman/listinfo/ilugc>
Now i removed existing ImageMagick and tried installing a fresh copy of it
thro the use of yum.... But it shows that ImageMagick 6.3.2.9-3.fc7 is
available for download. I need the latest package to install so that it
supports MagickWand and when i downloaded ImageMagick form its site and
tried to install it shows that the following packages are needed
*Missing Dependency: libImath.so.6 is needed by package ImageMagick
Missing Dependency: libHalf.so.6 is needed by package ImageMagick
Missing Dependency: libdjvulibre.so.21 is needed by package ImageMagick
Missing Dependency: libltdl.so.7 is needed by package ImageMagick
Missing Dependency: libIex.so.6 is needed by package ImageMagick
Missing Dependency: libIlmThread.so.6 is needed by package ImageMagick
Missing Dependency: libIlmImf.so.6 is needed by package ImageMagick*
Where can i find all those files or is there any other alternative to
install fresh copy of ImageMagick.
