If a person uses Linux, is it assumed that he doesn't know anything
about Windows programming? I personally work on both. What about GNUWin
project? Tons of GPL applications for Windows... Who does it all?
Can we all know what's the project which involves so much like C, C++,
Java, PHP, MySQL, Linux and Windows Programming.
That is his requirement. He clearly notified that it was commercial in
the subject tag. No flaming please.
