I'd agree with Praveen, only difference being that if this was blug, you
would have Mr Atul Chitnis taking off on whoever posted for a windows
requirement.
Well, thank god it's not BLUG. What the guy wanted was Linux developers
who were also familiar with windows APIs / coding .. and you'll need
these skills given that it's quite common for windows and linux apps to
be tightly integrated with each other, in several setups ...
