[Ilugc] BIOS upgrade

Hello,

        I have a peculiar problem. My old machines can't boot off USB devices 
since the BIOS is really old. Is there a way I can upgrade the BIOS?

        The machines in question are PII and PIII motherboards.

        Please help.
