[Ilugc] Apache and MySql

* Go to System --> Administration --> Services,
* You will be asked for password, enter that (i.e. administrator password)
* Check for httpd/apache and mysqld, stop both the server and click off
the tick mark next to them.
* Close the window and you are done.
* Reboot to check whether it is not being started :)
