have the potential to do but we don't know the proper way to do.
Please help me do projects in Linux and explain me about FOSS projects.

GNU/Linux is a vast domain, The very first thing one should able narrow his
scope by analyzing his strength.
With respect to your area of interest choose domain where you want to
contribute.
If you are interested in developing apps fro web 2.0. i could be happy to
