Hi Elisabeth,

I'm interviewing anyone who is a book artist and a member of ILSSA.
I'm sorry the questions weren't attached in the first e-mail. I've
just been sending the entire protocol to people who've written with
interest. I've attached it to this e-mail and the questions are in
Appendix A. Some of the questions might seem a little basic, but the
thesis is for a Women's Studies community who know little to nothing
about the book arts.

If you would like to participate we can work out a time to do the
interview (I've been using Skype). It only takes about 45 minutes to
complete. If you could, print out the consent form part of the
protocol, make two copies and sign them both. I will sign them both
and mail one copy back to you for your keeping. I'll also include an
extra stamp in the envelope to make up for the one you'll use in
mailing the forms the first time.

Thank you for your interest, and I look forward to hearing from you.

Amy
