[iiag] Seperated Iiag library

richteer and I, and possibly others (I know naught of all seedy backroom
iiag discussions that occur) have been thinking that a seperate repository
for the core library of iiag would be a better abstraction than the
intermingled single repo we have.
We could have all display front ends in their own repo, so no need to
compile them all or pull in all deps. Separate client/server so networking
need not pollute the build process and code base.
Thoughts, concerns?
