As a couple of people have pointed out my language in explaining what I was
actually looking for was not very Clear, so let me clarify. Currently we are
going through a traditional license process for a small hydropower facility and
are in the process of wrapping up our studies and are expecting the Draft
License Application this Fall. Our expectation is that it will be far from what
we would like to see. So what I was really wanting was some feedback on how
best to prepare to respond at that point and to get our data and preferences on
the record with FERC and maybe some response examples on small hydroprojects
others had pulled together so I wasn't forgetting any aspects we should be
prepared to address. Thanks to Chris Goudreau for a phone call already to help
explain the next couple steps and what we needed, as I hadn't been through this
before. Hope that provides some clarity.

Subject: Developing a Preferred Alternative for a FERC Relicensing Effort
Hey everyone,
I am beginning the process of pulling together our preferred alternative for a
FERC process we are currently going through here in Missouri. I was wondering
if any of you that have been through this could provide me with some examples
to help me pull ours together and make sure I am not forgetting any important
aspects. Thanks in advance.
