FYI - Some of you may have relevant grey literature, so I thought I would
forward to IFC members. The paper Dudley is referring to is what I had been
planning to present had we met in Missouri last spring - a case study where we
set an instream flow for a small hydro using PHABSIM output interpreted with
hydrology & life history, then monitoring the trout population before and
during project operation.
