Hi Mark. Do you have the ALT_SYMBOLS property defined in the schematic?
It won't work without it.

Both ways worked!
1. Move with "stretch Etch" deselected AND Place Manual click already
placed comp.
Do you know why pop alt symbol will not work?
I was hoping to hit the F-key then click on the component.
