Instead of doing moves from the edit>move command, do them from the
place>manual command. It lets you do all the same things, but you can
also do the RMB>alt_symbol that way too.

Good morning,
I would like to select an alt symbol for a component.
I know I can RMB alt sym while manually placing a part, but would like
to select when moving a comp.
1. Any way to activate this "greyed out" pull down?
I also tried mapping a hot ket to "POP ALT SYMBOL" which is a valid
keyboard command, but does not work.
Either during move or manual place.
Any ideas?
I now have to delete all the comps, then RMB while placing.
