The first thing they will ask you to do is load the latest ISR. The Version of 15.5 you are running is not stable. If you update with the latest ISR it will most likely fix the problem. If Cadence approachs this in the same way as they approached the plotter problem, they will insist that it is a windows issue if you are the first to report it. Don't be shy about escalating this problem all the way up the chain, if you don't get a satisfactory fix or work around to solve this. ps. the work around for the plotter problem was to back out, delete the allegro.ini file in the same directory as the env file, go back into allegro, change the setup and plot.
