Hi
You can suppress the unconnected pads in the ODB++ parameters.
Check the help in the ODB++ Inside Its in the options.

Subject: [PCB_FORUM] ODB++ results

Hey Guys,

I just noticed that when I run ODB++, then look at it in the VUV, I get inner
pads where there are no connections, even though I have my inner films set up
to "Suppress unconnected pads".

Has anyone seen this behavior? Am I not setting up ODB++ Inside correctly?

Thanks for any help?
