Hi Andrew Noonan
 You can try onething that
Say Edit property > Select net in filter > Give * & enter in net select box

then you will have list of properties of all nets.

From that you can delete the appropriate diffrential properties.

But it will remove all diffrential pair assignments !!!

Try it !!!
