You must have support for *.bks or it wouldn't unpack them on the
bookshelf when they are directly downloaded into the unit from
Bookshare. It apparently is just the fact that nobody thought to
make it possible to unpack a *.bks file that is already on the hard
drive.

We don't have support for the BKS files. It is best to download it
within the Library folder. If you're gonna do it that way, you need
to unpack the book on the PC and bring the unpacked files over.
1.1 is the latest release, so I don't know what you mean about the
updater being broken!

Hi, guys.
I have a bookshare book as a bks file on my hard drive. I want to
get it
into my braille plus, but I can't remember where to put the bks
file so the
braille plus can pick it up.
I'm also concerned because I thought I had heard on this list that
the book
updater was broken.
What do I need to do?
