Hi.
No, you don't, because the icon and braille plus are devices on which the books
can be played.
I got my password reset a few days ago. It's amazing stuff.
All you need is a membership with NLS. You don't even need a tape player, if
you're receiving the books in braille, I think they count it as being a member.
The reason they ask
for the address and phone number is because they need to compare it to the ones
in their database, to make
sure you are a member and not just faking it.
So if you have a braille plus, APH. Or an icon, Level Star. You're good to go,
and
it's free.
