Hi Brandon,
Is this a hard drive or a flash drive/memory stick. If it's a hard drive, it
could be that it requires too much power to be able to function properly with
the Icon. Another possibility is that the drive is not formatted FAT or FAT32.
If it's formatted NTFS, I'm pretty sure it won't work with the Icon.
