Hi Alison,
If you have a 2.1 version on your Braille Plus, don't try to install
any version of 2.0. Since you just got your unit, it probably has the
new motherboard that will malfunction if you use a 2.0 version on it.
You should have documentation that says the same thing.
You can't use a mobile phone connection; only WiFi. And there's no
chat client in the works, as far as I know.
