[icon-discuss] Deleting Files

Hi,
How do we delete files that we don't want any more? When pointing at a
news paper article or pod cast, I have tried pressing the * key, but I
am not able to confirm the deletion. When pressing the select or OK, it
loads the article.
I have also tried to use space bar d and control d with no luck.
Am I doing something wrong?
