replaces the ibis@xxxxxxx list, which will soon be closed. Our list policy:
IBIS email list policy excludes commercial solicitations. The list
ibis@xxxxxxxxxxxxx is intended for discussions concerning the crafting
of the various IBIS specifications and the business of the IBIS Open
Forum. The list ibis-users@xxxxxxxxxxxxx is intended for discussions
concerning the production and use of IBIS models. Vendor-specific
discussions of IBIS-related tools and services are also discouraged.
