Here is a partial update with suggested revisions.
Many more corrections and terminology alignment is needed.
I moved [EMD Designator Map] just ahead of [Designator Pin List] since they
are closely related.
[Designator Pin List] is required (assuming there are attached designators,
and I/O pins are required.
I restored allowing Terminal_type signal_name and bus_label for designators
because all the information is in the EMD File. The argument that an EDA
tool has to read the designator files does not apply. There is added
discussion about reassigning signal_name entries and bus_label entries
I made some corrections to the example at the end, but there is a technical
issue with it.
Anyway, I ran out of gas on this. More cleanup and technical agreement is
required. So Draft22_r1 is not complete.
