This is good in general, but if we wanted to be nitpicky, we may want to change
the
last sentence in your 1-pg document:
"A Buffer_Rail may be identified by a signal_name or bus_label entry."
The reason is because the previous sentence starts out with:
"At the buffer interface, a terminal whose Terminal_type is", so when we
are talking about "Buffer_Rail" in the last sentence, we are talking about
another
Terminal_type and not a "rail". So the proper way of saying this last sentence
may
be something along the lines of:
"Terminals of Terminal_type Buffer_Rail may be identified by a signal_name or
bus_label entry."
I realize that this is getting nitpicky, and I don't want to cause any delays,
but my
"German precision" is sticking its ugly horn out... :)

one-page list of editorial changes proposed for BIRD189.6. This document is
intended for sharing at the Friday Open Forum (and preferably on the IBIS
reflector beforehand) as an amendment to the BIRD approval motion, to allow
BIRD189.6 to be approved as 189.7 without delaying the vote to the July Open
Forum meeting.
