Almost. If (Type Float) Row Time (seconds) Probability, if (Type UI)
then Row UI Probability.

Subject: [ibis-editorial] Table format for Tx_Jitter and Rx_Clock_PDF as
Reserved Parameters

Is the Table format for the jitter Reserved Parameters Tx_Jitter and
Rx_Clock_PDF assumed to be *always* organized as shown in the examples
given? For example, in Tx_Jitter, Table is organized as:

Row Time Probability

. where Row is an integer, Time is a float in seconds and Probability is a
float without units.

We *do* state that, "If Table is used for a Reserved Parameter, the rules
for the number of columns and their meaning are described in the
Reserved_Parameters section."

However, the arrangement is never actually stated, but only shown in the
examples.
