The attached draft 2 of IBIS Proposed Figures incorporates feedback
received for IBIS 6.1 figures 1 and 2. It adds a proposal for Figure 7.
This one uses a Vcc label that is defined in one place on the figure. As
Bob Ross has pointed out, text surrounding the figures would also have to
change. If we approve the direction of these updates I can draft a new
BIRD.
