Please find enclosed the November 9 checklist for IBIS 7.0 editorial
activities. The November 9 draft IBIS 7.0 document itself has been posted to
http://ibis.org/editorial_wip/ver7_0_181109.docx. Changes include:
1. All edits discussed and implemented during the meeting.
2. Bob's updated keyword hierarchy table has been added.
3. The Section 3 vs. Section 3.2 references have been fixed (there are 19 in
all related to "Syntax Rules").
4. All captions now use a common format.
5. The indentation for all header levels in the text is left-justified.
6. All caption cross-references have been fixed.
On item (4), one can actually create a table of figures and a table of tables
automatically in Microsoft Word; I did this to check that the formatting,
capitalization, etc. on all the figure and table captions were correct (and had
a lot of fixes to make). However, I deleted the two tables after I was done.
We can discuss in the meeting whether we want to keep them permanently.
