Thanks for the quick update. I stepped through all the changes and noticed the
following:
There are two instances of "Error! Reference source not found." on page 308 and
312.
I think Table 41 needs an extra Note for PAM_Thresholds to indicate "Required
if Modulation_Levels is present."

Please find enclosed both an updated IBIS 7.2 document, now Draft 6, along with
a proposed change summary document.
In short, we missed a lot more than what was found even in today's meeting.
There were numerous examples missing parentheses (both opening and closing) and
indentation problems in a few additional examples. Fortunately, PAM_Offsets
and PAM_Thresholds were the only parameters missed in the summary tables (we
have 60 parameters for AMI in all).
