Well.
I suggest you just try it you may or may not need some runtimes for vb I am not sure how that works.
However general rule of thum, win vista and up is the benchmark.
If it works with vista, then it should work with 10.
And if it works for win 7 and 8.1 etc it should work for 10.
It depends on the complex of the program and to be honest this is not a complex program.
you may or may not have to run this as admin though.
