Where is "B&K", what's the full name?
Was Heavener the guy in Holliston"?
So the fact that the DW is not on the approved roster, does not pose
an issue? Or maybe for some FFLs but not all ?
Thanks
Tim

Heavner's shop is closed as of last fall so B&K or MFS are good bets
for the xfer. I didn't know if Mark kept his FFL around or if he's
xfering now that the shop is gone.

I believe Keith has one of these setups.
As your token revolver aficionado...
Droooool.
Those are quite nice.
I’m sure Heavner or MA Firearms school could handle the transfer
locally, or 4 Seasons.
I’d *think* about maybe a Smith and Wesson 25-2 in .45 ACP, 6”bbl too-
You can also use for USPSA, and the low recoil of a downloaded .45
with an even heavier framed gun than the DW makes them extremely
soft shooting. The .45, making bigger holes, is good for scoring
ring stretches too.
But those Dan Wesson pistol packs....
yummy.

Unlike a lot of you I don't own a lot of guns. I'm considering
buying a revolver for the first time. I'm interested in one
primarily for shooting silhouettes at 75'. My research indicates
a quality one for that use would be a Dan Wesson. Here's a link:
https://danwessonfirearms.com/product/715-revolver/
I'm interested in getting the 357 magnum pistol pack that comes
with a 4", 6" and an 8" barrel. I like the idea of a long barrel
and also like having a 6" and an 8".
Considering possibly trying to buy this from a gun broker
listing: https://www.gunbroker.com/Item/804266136
Here are some questions:
What do you think of my choice?
Do you have any experience with Dan Wesson revolvers or comments
about?
Any comments on using gun broker.com <http://broker.com>?
Have you bought a gun through them before?
Any suggestion of who to use as an FFL to receive it and any
details related to that?
Would I likely need to have the barrels shipped separately in
order to do this?
Thanks for any feedback
Regards,
Tim
