I note that there was a proposal about public liability insurance. Good luck
with that; just renewed mine and the premium had increased by 27% on last year,
making it £950 this time. The trouble is, as soon as anything "at height" is
mentioned - 2.5m is the usual limit - the insurers get flakey about anything
higher. There is only 1 company we can use now, because we need cover up to
25m. A banner on the bridge would certainly exceed 2.5m (approx 8ft).
