I've spoken to Nick this afternoon & we both feel that an announcement needs to
go out asap.
So I'm going to send a message to the DJs on the FB message board telling them
of our decision to postpone & also of our possible remote Internet broadcast.
I'll also be asking them of their availability during any Internet only
broadcast.
I've also written something for the website, saying much the same thing, which
I'll be sending to Tony shortly. When that's up I'll then share it on the HR FB
page.

We need to put a simple message on the website and for the DJ messenger group
saying there will not be an FM broadcast this may for obvious reasons and just
add that we are looking into other options. In my opinion there is little point
in telling listeners and DJs that we are still broadcasting on FM in May . As I
told Andy Gunton I’m getting DJs asking me if we are coming on in May on FM and
I’m not going to tell that we haven’t decided yet.

Hi all,
Steve (JD) has told me that he is getting calls from DJ's asking about whether
the broadcast is going ahead, quite understandably.
I think it's only fair that we let them know what's going on.
So I'm proposing that I put a message on the DJ's FB page to let them know
about the postponement & of our hopes of putting together some kind of remote
Internet broadcast. This can also be a way of finding out who may be
willing/able to get involved with any Internet option.
My only concern with doing this is that it's pretty well inevitable that the
news will then leak out, although I'd ask that this doesn't happen.
Because of that I think we now need to make a formal announcement about the
postponement, but at the same time telling the listeners of the proposed
Internet alternative. That way they will hopefully keep checking back for
further news & updates.
What do you all think about that?
If you're happy I'll let the DJ's on the FB group know & then put something
together for the website, and then share it on our official FB page.
