Can you also _prove_ that "it was not tested at all"? :) Such an assumption is
not professional.
I can tell you that I've tested it before the commit. And I can also prove it:
please take a look at the file list of the Debian [1] and Ubuntu [2] kernel
packages and you will find out that xfrm_user is compiled as a module and not as
"built-in".

Are you using a custom kernel on the Fedora?
